❤️ Heart Valve Disease: Listen to Your Heart

As many as 11 million Americans have heart valve disease (HVD) and ~ 25,000 people die from the disorder each year, yet 3 out of 4 of us report knowing little to nothing about HVD.

❤️ Heart Failure Awareness Week Feb 8-14

Common symptoms are shortness of breath and fatigue. Other signs: persistent coughing, difficulty breathing (especially while lying down), swelling in ankles/feet, lack of appetite/nausea, fast heart rate and sudden weight gain. Visit Heart Failure.
