Vladimir Putin's War on Truth with Vladimir Kara-Murza, winner of the 2024 Pulitzer Prize

Refreshments at 5:30 P.M. Lecture at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at the Wang Center Theater at Stony Brook University.

Join us for an in-person lecture by the renowned Russian politician and journalist, Vladimir Kara-Murza. He was jailed for "high treason" for denouncing the war in Ukraine, kept in solitary confinement, and released in a prisoner exchange in 2024. Kara-Murza won the Pulitzer Prize for Commentary for his columns written from his prison cell and published in The Washington Post.
