Endowment of Vice Chair of Research Position ($1.5M) and support for five years of seed grant support for promising studies expected to lead to extramural funding ($3.5M).

Training of the Next Generation — $6M
Support for fellowship training and research including expanded SIM center capacity.

Establishment of New Emergency Department Facilities — $10M
Creation of a state of the art Pediatric Emergency Department in concert with Hospital plans for expansion of the facility.

Improved Patient Experience — $5M
Fund for expansion of child life resources in critical care and emergency department areas of the hospital.

Enhanced Safety — $8M
Investment in and development of pediatric devices and imaging modalities. 

Expansion of Capacity to Serve the Region — $10M
Development of Urgent Care Centers to east and west; creation go telemedicine infrastructure to improve care before and during transport to the Children's Hospital for critically ill or injured children.
