Clear, Empathic Communication

Alda Center and Gold Foundation Webinar Part II

The world needs science and effective health communication more than it has during any time in recent history. During this webinar, experts from the Alda Center and the Gold Foundation discuss strategies for healthcare professionals to cope, support each other, and continue providing the best possible care for their patients in these difficult times. The webinar draws from the Alda Method® and the Gold Foundation's Tell Me More® tool to empower healthcare professionals to communicate clearly and vividly in the midst of a crisis. Check out the full webinar series here

Key Takeaways from this Webinar:
  • Everyone fulfills many different roles in their professional/personal lives. It’s important to recognize this and achieve some sort of balance.
  • Getting to know your patients beyond the diagnosis is key to connecting with them.
  • Remember the “Many Who’s” you are to others and our capacity to communicate in a meaningful way.
  • The Tell Me More tool is designed to quickly and easily draw out personal interests and draw connections.

“We are truly in this together. The human connection matters now more than ever.”
