As a Public Health PhD candidate, Meroona Gopang joined the Exploring Career Ladders Program (ECLP) to explore different career paths early in her doctoral journey. While the program initially felt unfamiliar, it quickly became a valuable space for building connections with professionals in her field. Through ECLP, she developed confidence in leading conversations and expanded her network through informational interviews. These early experiences helped her better understand her career direction and build a strong foundation for future opportunities.
