Honors College
Honors College students pursue an innovative, seminar-based curriculum modeled on
the best traditions of university education and integrated into the research and creative
enterprises at Stony Brook.
University Scholars Program at Stony Brook University fosters community and supports
students holistically through individualized advising, foundational seminars, and
programming centered on leadership, service, and academic excellence.
The WISE Honors Program attracts and retains academically talented students pursuing
STEM majors and careers. The four-year curriculum is designed to promote academics,
research, service, and leadership.
The Yardi Scholars are first-generation students majoring in the College of Business.
As a 4-year cohort model, Yardi Scholars receive coordinated programming and mentorship,
a global business experience, field visits to financial institutions and corporations,
and advanced career coaching to strengthen their leadership and professional trajectory.
