The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires institutions to give timely warnings of crimes that represent a threat to the safety of students or employees. In compliance with the Clery Act, Stony Brook University Police has completed its Annual Security Report. The report is available online or a hard copy may be requested from the Office of the Chief of Police at (631) 632-6350 or the Department of Human Resources at (631) 632-6161. The Advisory Committee on Campus Safety and/or the University Police Department will provide upon request all campus crime statistics as reported to the United States Department of Education.
