Make a Gift

There are many ways to give to the School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences, including outright gifts of cash to the SoMAS Fund for Excellence, the Akira Okubo Memorial Fund, the Evan R. Liblit Memorial Fund, the Jerry R. Schubel Endowment Fund, the Petra M. Udelhofen Memorial Fund, the Nuria Protopopescu Memorial Teaching Award, the Larry Swanson Memorial Scholarship, the Total Immersion Scholarship Fund, the LI Shore Real-Time Environmental Data Systems Fund, and the Institute for Ocean Conservation Science or a variety of planned gifts.

Outright gifts may be made by check, money order or credit card. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences/SBF. SoMAS also accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Please contact the SoMAS Assistant Dean (631-632-8781) if you wish to make a gift. Online donations can be processed through the Stony Brook Foundation or choose a gift from the list below. A receipt for your tax-deductible donation will be available upon submission of your gift.
