Welcome to Long Island Geologists

We are an informal group of geologists and environmental scientists with interests in all aspects of the local geoscience of Long Island and Metropolitan New York. We gather annually at a mini-conference with talks and discussion centered on maintaining a connection with the local community. We particularly encourage students and early career scientists to participate.
