Job Responsibilities
The entry-level baker will assist with:
- Measuring and preparing ingredients for biscotti dough
- Making, weighing and shaping dough
- Baking biscotti according to quality and consistency standards
- Cutting and packaging finished products
- Cleaning and sanitizing the work area, equipment and floors
- Monitoring inventory and supplies
Qualifications
Candidates should have:

- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic baking knowledge is helpful but not required
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities
The position may include:
- Cooking and food preparation
- Packing finished products
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
- Replacing and organizing supplies
- Following food production and training procedures
- Pudding trays and cartons may weigh up to 25 pounds.
Schedule
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
- Additional hours: May be available
- Monday: Flexible hours
Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and follow training instructions
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to handle products and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
- Commercial kitchen experience is a plus
- Department of Health certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from the Calverton facility is required
