Overview
The Campus Residences Warehouse project will construct a new centralized storage facility located west of Kelly Quad. The building will provide dedicated space for the storage of furniture, supplies, and operational materials that support residential communities across campus. By consolidating inventory into a purpose-built facility, the project will improve organization, accessibility, and long-term operational efficiency.

Impact

The project will also enable the relocation of stored materials from existing facilities, helping to clear space needed for the development of the new Welcome Center.
