Overview
The Campus Residences Warehouse project will construct a new centralized storage facility located west of Kelly Quad. The building will provide dedicated space for the storage of furniture, supplies, and operational materials that support residential communities across campus. By consolidating inventory into a purpose-built facility, the project will improve organization, accessibility, and long-term operational efficiency.

Key Highlights

  • New warehouse facility strategically located west of Kelly Quad
  • Centralized storage location for Campus Residences furniture, supplies, and equipment
  • Large high-bay storage area designed to maximize vertical storage capacity
  • Improved inventory management and tracking capabilities
  • More efficient use of campus storage resources through consolidation of materials in a single location
  • Supports future campus initiatives by freeing up space currently used for storage

Impact
The new warehouse will enhance Campus Residences operations by providing a centralized, efficient storage solution for materials and furnishings used throughout the residential system. Consolidating inventory into a single location will streamline access to supplies, improve space utilization, and support more effective inventory control. The project will also enable the relocation of stored materials from existing facilities, helping to clear space needed for the development of the new Welcome Center.
