Students will serve at host sites dedicated to supporting active military or veterans' affairs for individuals, families, or affiliated groups.

Peer Mental Health Support

Promote well-being by connecting peers to campus and community mental health resources.

Early Childhood

In addition to their site work, students participate in cohort meetings to build community, reflect on their service, and develop leadership skills. This opportunity is open to all students enrolled at Stony Brook University and provides a pathway to meaningful public service, professional development, and lasting impact.

Recruitment is closed for the 2025-2026 academic year. Applications will open in early Spring 2026 for the 2026–2027 cohort. Please contact the Center for Service Learning and Community Service at Communityservice@Stonybrook.edu for more information.
