Wellness Wednesday

Our campus dietitian Laura Martorano, MS, RD, CDN is helping you kick off your health and wellness goals with “Wellness Wednesdays.” Meet Laura at West Side dine-in at 11am and East Side dine-in at 2pm to enjoy a healthy treat and chat about your nutrition goals. Laura will be giving out samplings of Red Quinoa Chipotle Lime Salad with Roasted Corn & Avocado.

Global Night - Spain

Take a culinary tour of Spain and enjoy Shrimp Sofrito With Tomatoes, Peppers, Garlic, Onion and Cumin, Vegetable Paella with Broccoli, Lima Beans, Tomatoes, Chickpeas and Green Olives, Patatas Bravas (Fried Potatoes with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Garlic Aioli),  and Zucchini and Tomato Sauté with Garlic and Parsley.

Global Night - Sicily

Take a culinary tour of Sicily and enjoy delicious Sicilian food: Chicken cutlet with watermelon shaved fennel and cucumber salad, Pasta Alla Norma with crispy caper berries, String beans with roasted red peppers and balsamic vinegar. Vegan option:  Eggplant caponata, Couscous and red lentil, Sautéed swish chard and garlic confit.

Global Night - Polinesia

Take a culinary tour of the Polinesia  and enjoy some delicious Polinesian staples: Huli Huli Chicken, Ginger Pineapple Soy Sauce, Sesame Grilled Tofu With Coconut Curry Sauce, Roasted Tri-Color Peppers, Sesame Spinach Stir-Fry and Coconut Jasmine Rice.
