Laura will be giving out samplings of Red Quinoa Chipotle Lime Salad with Roasted Corn & Avocado. Global Night - SpainTake a culinary tour of Spain and enjoy Shrimp Sofrito With Tomatoes, Peppers, Garlic, Onion and Cumin, Vegetable Paella with Broccoli, Lima Beans, Tomatoes, Chickpeas and Green Olives, Patatas Bravas (Fried Potatoes with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Garlic Aioli), and Zucchini and Tomato Sauté with Garlic and Parsley.
