To: Students with Approved Exemptions and Partially Vaccinated Students
To safeguard the health and safety of our campus, unvaccinated students with approved exemptions and partially vaccinated students – those who have
not received their two doses of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines – are required to participate
in our COVID testing surveillance program once a week.
You will use your health insurance when testing on campus. Please note that you may
be responsible for any additional costs associated with this testing that are not
covered by your insurance. At-home COVID tests will not be accepted since the identity
of the individual who took the test cannot be verified.
IF YOU’VE RECENTLY TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID:
If you have tested positive for COVID in the last 30 days, DO NOT get tested. Upload
your COVID positive test result indicating the date of your positive COVID test to
the Wolfie Health Portal. This will also exempt you from participating in the on-campus surveillance testing
for a 30-day period from the date of your positive COVID test.
TESTING LOCATION AND HOURS OF OPERATION:
Student Activities Center (SAC) Room 169: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-4pm. Appointments are required.
If something has changed in your exemption, and you are fully vaccinated for COVID and do not require weekly testing, please upload your vaccination to the Wolfie Health Portal.
For more information, please visit and bookmark the Fall 2022 COVID Testing Requirements page.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our campus safe!
