Submit Your Full Proof of COVID Vaccination to Be Able to Register for Winter & Spring Classes

Dear Seawolves,

Our records indicate that you have not submitted your COVID-19 proof of vaccination. This is a SUNY requirement for all students intending to register for and taking in-person classes, living on campus, or utilizing Stony Brook campus facilities. 

As a result, we have placed a registration hold on your SOLAR account. To be in compliance with the SUNY requirementand have this hold removed to be able to register for Winter or Spring 2022 classes,you must submit proof of your full COVID vaccination to the Wolfie Health Portal (two doses of Pfizer/Moderna or one dose of Johnson & Johnson). 

If you are a fully online student or distance learning and will not be living on campus or accessing in-person campus services or facilities on Stony Brook University’s campuses in the Winter and Spring 2022 semesters, please fill out this form. Upon our team’s review of this attestation, your SOLAR registration hold will be removed within two days.

Please visit our website (stonybrook.edu/immunizations) for more information, including how to submit your proof of vaccination to the Wolfie Health Portal and other special considerations.   We strongly recommend that you submit proof of vaccination as quickly as possible so that you have optimal selection of classes.
