Biography:

In Leonard's time at Stony Brook, they plan on studying material synthesis, and nanotechnology. In Leonard's free time, they like to play cards, eat food and read books.  

Leading the Future:

"I envision myself leading STEM by being at the forefront of advancing industries so those who look up can be inspired by my story." 

Why did you become a Simons STEM Scholar?:

"The financial support from the Simons STEM Scholars Program has allowed me to make the most of my college experience. Additionally, it granted me 50 people to support me in my future goals." 

What would you say to someone who is applying?:

"Don't try to mold yourself into someone who you don't wish to be."
