Biography:

In Ben's time at Stony Brook, they plan on studying organometallic chemistry with a focus on alkyne trimerization and ion-pairing. In Ben's free time, they like to play brawl stars 5 stacks with the squad. Before becoming a Simons STEM Scholar, Ben participated in the Johns Hopkins BME Summer Program as well as the ASU SCENE Research Program.

"I envision myself on a cliff looking down at the beautiful city lights. "

Why did you become a Simons STEM Scholar?:

"I chose to become a Simons STEM Scholar because I like STEM. It's really that simple. "

What would you say to someone who is applying?:

"You miss all the shots you don't take."
