Checking Out

Family members or friends may pick up their participants directly from their residence halls on departure day. Participants should coordinate the time and location with those who are picking them up. Check-out will occur at the same place check-in was held (Hendrix Hall).

Pick-Up Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 

Early Departure

Participants are expected to stay through the last day of the program. On occasion, a participant may have to leave the program early due to an emergency. Please note that if a participant is not able to complete their session due to an early departure, the parent/guardian will be notified and arrangements must be made to pick up the participant from campus.
