Legacy Business Succession Planning

Join the Long Island Manufacturing Extension Partnership (LIMEP) on Wednesday, October 22 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM for an interactive panel discussion exploring the critical need and process for legacy
business succession planning.
Keynote speaker Dr. Richard Chan will present research and insights from the “Long Island State of Owner Readiness” report highlighting the immense risks of inaction and outlining a proactive framework
that integrates personal, financial, and business planning to help owners secure their
legacy and the future of their organizations.
Following the keynote, a panel of financial and advisory experts from Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Grassi Advisors, and Alderman & Company will discuss real-world strategies and share their perspectives on planning for long-term success.
We encourage manufacturers, business owners, and advisors to attend this important session to learn how to preserve and grow the value of your life’s work.
The event fee is $50 per attendee, payable by check (to The Research Foundation) or invoice.
Refreshments will be served, and advance registration is required.
