The NY-MEP System

The New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NY-MEP) is part of the National MEP Network organizations that provide growth and innovation services to small and mid-sized manufacturers in every corner of the state to help them create and retain jobs, increase profits, and save time and money.
NY-MEP is part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology's Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership and is supported through a combination of federal and state funding.

NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) MEP Program
MEP is a part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a U.S. Department of Commerce agency. As part of the program, a nationwide network MEP Centers work with manufacturers and contribute to the growth of well-paying jobs, dynamic manufacturing communities, and American innovation and global competitiveness.
ESD (Empire State Development)
Part of the Empire State Development, the New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NY MEP) is a network of organizations that provide growth and innovation services to small and mid-sized manufacturers in every corner of the state to help them create and retain jobs, increase profits, and save time and money.
Statewide New York MEP Center

FuzeHub
FuzeHub is a non-profit organization that serves as the statewide New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership (New York MEP) center, supported by Empire State Development’s Division of Science, Technology & Innovation. FuzeHub provides New York State manufacturers with guided access to our extensive network of industry experts, programs and assets to solve productivity, commercialization, research and development issues, and other challenges to growth.
Regional New York MEP Centers

MTRC (Manufacturing & Technology Resource Consortium)
The Manufacturing & Technology Resource Consortium at Stony Brook University is one of the ten regional MEP centers in NYS. Our center has a focus on biotechnology but we are designed to assist all types of manufacturers within Nassau and Suffolk counties.

CEG (Center for Economic Growth)
Located in Albany, New York, the Center for Economic Growth is a nonprofit, regional economic and business development organization that serves as the primary point of contact for businesses interested in growing in or moving to New York’s Capital Region. CEG is supporting the region's priority industry cluster: research, development and commercialization.

TDO (Technology Development Organization)
Located in Syracuse, New York, TDO is a not-for-profit consulting and training organization. Their team consists of experienced, senior-level professionals from diverse industries with a passion for helping companies increase revenue, reduce costs and increase productivity using their business, leadership, process improvement, and technical expertise. TDO is helping local CNY manufacturers and technology companies drive operational excellence and cultural transformation to reach their full potential.
Nextcorps (Formally known as High Tech Rochester)
Located in Rochester, New York, NextCorps is a non-profit whose mission is to be a catalyst for entrepreneurship and innovation-based economic development. NextCorps does this by applying business expertise and network connections to aid in the formation and profitable growth of companies in the Rochester area and the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York.
MTEC (Manufacturing & Technology Enterprise Center)
Located at Highland, New York, MTEC brings a network of experienced engineers, scientists, programmers, and business and manufacturing professionals to your team, helping you develop your product or application strategy and concepts, design product prototypes, and facilitate and optimize your manufacturing value chain. MTEC provides mid-sized manufacturers and early stage technology companies with cost effective, high quality technical and management services focused on management consulting, technology, engineering, and continued strategic innovation. MTEC is supporting the region's priority industry cluster: food and beverage manufacturing.
AIM (Advanced Institute for Manufacturing)
Located in Utica, New York, AIM has a mission to provide small and medium sized manufacturers in the Mohawk Valley Region with training, consulting, and technology services that will lead to new product development, cost reductions, increased efficiency and profits. AIM is supporting the region's priority industry cluster - cybersecurity.

ITAC (Industrial & Technology Assistance Corporation (ITAC)
Located in New York City, ITAC works with small and mid-size manufacturers throughout the five boroughs, and help them expand into new markets, create innovative products, develop their customer base, find new partners, improve their processes and develop sustainable practices. ITAC is supporting New York City's priority industry cluster: smart cities.

CITEC Inc.
Located in Plattsburgh, New York, CITEC is a not-for-profit business consulting organization driven by a mission to help the small and medium-sized enterprises in northern New York thrive. CITEC's consulting team's expertise and an unbeatable nationwide network of resources will deliver the impacts your business needs to grow strategically, improve profitability, and create the competitive advantages you need. CITEC is supporting the North Country's priority industry cluster: transportation equipment and materials.

AM&T (Alliance for Manufacturing and Technology)
Located in Binghamton, New York, AM&T provides consulting, training and coaching services to the Souther Tiers in Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. AM&T offers unique resources for manufacturers seeking to increase sales, streamline operations, achieve certifications, reduce costs, create jobs for today’s competitive economy. AM&T is supporting the region’s priority industry cluster: advanced transportation products, components and system controls.
Insyte Consulting
Located in Buffalo, New York, Instyte Consulting provides business and management consulting services to the Western New York area including Allegany, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Erie Counties.
