This fall, our HR Now Stony Roadshow is hitting the scenic shoreline roads to Stony Brook Southampton! With its scene-stealing coastline & pioneering academic community, Stony Brook Southampton is the perfect backdrop for us to connect and share updates on our HR transformation.
Join us on Dec 8, 2025 from 10 AM to 1 PM in the Library Lobby Cafe for interactive conversations about the future of work while enjoying some great conversation and cool swag!

- Want to learn more about Performance Managment? Employee and Labor Relations will be on-site!
- Experts will be available to help walk eligible UUP employees through the Individual Development Awards (IDA) process and answer questions about the program. Anyone represented by the UUP bargaining unit is eligible to apply. Employees can receive an award for up to two eligible programs or activities not to exceed a total of $2,000.
- Meet with a TIAA Cref advisor - call 631-632-6180 in advance to book your time slot for 12/8.
- Join Healthier U @ 10:45 am in Room 201 of the Library for a Self-Care Spa Sleep Spray activity to bring aromatherapy and intentionality to your sleep routine.
- Join Healthier U @ 11:45 am in Room 201 of the Library for a Meditation on Winter, a chance to slow down and connect with what matters.
- Employee recognition programs are the "good vibes" we are always looking for! Take a moment to send your colleague a Gratitude Gram - and copy their supervisor!

★WHAT IS THE STONY ROADSHOW?
The Stony Roadshow is a way for us to bring the HR Now transformation directly to you. The Stony Roadshow makes it easier for employees like you to attend, get involved, ask questions and share your feedback. We took the first step in launching the Stony Roadshow with a fantastic kickoff on March 1, 2024 and held another one Nov 14, 2024 in Southampton.
Our next event will be on December 8, 2025 at the Southampton Campus from 10am to 1pm!
