The COB Visiting Scholar Program

Discover all you need to know in order to successfully apply to COB as a Visiting Scholar.

Each year, the outstanding professors, Ph.D. students from distinguished universities abroad are invited to engage in research and scholarly interaction at COB. Visiting Scholars are issued with an SBU ID card, library and data access, parking permission for free (same priority as our faculty at SBU). Scholars will also benefit from participation in a wide range of seminars and from interaction with a large group of faculty at COB.

The Visiting Scholars program is intended for current faculty and Ph.D students who are sufficiently proficient in their disciplines to engage in scholarly interaction that would benefit both COB as well as the Visiting scholar. As such, applicants must be faculty or doctoral students from the academy intuitions.
