Throughout February, University offices, departments, and student clubs  and organizations will host a variety of activities to celebrate and honor African American/ Black heritage. The Black History Month tradition is designed to increase awareness about the historical legacy of the African American/Black experience in the struggle for equality, inclusion, social change, and social justice.

We invite you to participate in the many  programs that will be held, including the Black History Month Opening Program on February 1Please RSVP by January 30.
