Professor Robert Kerber "Bob"
The Auxiliary Services Association (ASA) mourns the loss of Professor Robert Kerber
"Bob". He was a dedicated ASA board member for over two and a half decades, as well
as a devoted professor in the Chemistry Department and Distinguished Teaching Professor
Emeritus. Bob’s BBQ at West Side Dining was named after him for his consistent advocacy
for advancing ASA facilities, services and programs including the renovation of Kelly
Dining Hall (now known as West Side Dining). He will always be remembered for his
unwavering commitment to student success and as an exemplary mentor and role model
for students. Bob contributed greatly to the many ASA initiatives and the University,
and he will be greatly missed.
