 Dr. Vyacheslav Solovyav is Associate Director of Technology and Energy for the Stony
                        Brook University Office for Research and Innovation. In addition to this role, Dr.
                        Solovyov is the principal investigator for the Brookhaven Technology Group, where
                        he and his team created an exfoliated high-temperature superconductor technology named
                        ExoCable™.
Dr. Vyacheslav Solovyav is Associate Director of Technology and Energy for the Stony

From 1997 to 2016, Dr. Solovyov worked at the Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, NY, on applications of high-temperature superconductivity. He has authored 60 publications, with research topics including high-temerature superconductors, magnetic fields, thermal conductivity, and more. He is the holder of four patents related to superconductivity.
Dr. Solovyov received a PhD from the Kiev Institute for Metal Physics and a Master's degree in physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
