Whether you’re planning a small meeting, conference, retreat, government meeting or education program, the Office of Conferences & Special Events is available to assist in each phase of your planning. Professional and experienced event and conference planners will provide complete coordination of all details that will ensure the success of each stage of the program. The modern meeting facilities in the Student Activities Center can accommodate groups of five hundred, while the University Sports Complex will support larger groups and athletic activities. Each summer, Campus Residence Halls with over 600 beds become available for conference use. Dining and catering services are available for small and large groups.

Reservations at the Wang Center can be made through contacting our office, or directly through the Wang Reservation website Wang Center reservations.
