Adding an Invoice for Payment; Add Email Recipient
Remember, when attaching an invoice for payment through the Comments section in Wolfmart, you must add an email recipient in Accounts Payable; otherwise, Accounts Payable will not know the invoice is attached to the PO. Please see below for the names you should be sending the email to for Research and State Funds:
Adding an Email Recipient
Once you click Add Comments, you will see add email recipients. Click on this, and when the new window appears, type in the last name, for example Di Venuto, and his full email address will come up. Next click select, add your comment in the box, and lastly click add comment to send the email.
