- SBU partner universities around the globe offer courses that could satisfy degree requirements
- Most partner programs offer courses taught in English
- There are hundreds of pre-evaluated courses with SBU equivalencies
- Use the Course Evaluation Form to have new courses reviewed and approved for major, minor, upper division and SBC credit
- Courses processed as transfer credits. Grades earned appear on SBU transcript but do not get calculated into SBU GPA
- SBU faculty lead our students abroad to places where they have academic, personal and professional connections
- Have an immersive experience with 24/7 support by SBU faculty
- Take SBU courses taught by SBU faculty
- Course grades earned calculate towards cumulative SBU GPA
- Pre-requisites are often waived, therefore students can participate as soon as freshman year!
- SUNY offers many programs around the world that are open to SBU students
- The are limitations in non-SUNY programs outside of SBU and SUNY that could affect degree progress, matriculation and/or aid eligibility
