That’s right, roaring down Nicolls Road on Sunday, December 18th, hundreds of Long Island motorcycle riders and fire engines, will deliver hundreds of toys and gift cards that were gathered during Full Throttle Magazine’s Winter Wonderland event. These toys and goodies will be presented to patients at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital, many who will be spending the holiday season in the hospital, during the publication’s 7th annual Toy Run.

VISUALS: Photo/video op of motorcycle enthusiasts and fire engines/trucks approaching Children’s Hospital; members unloading toys; children waving from the windows of their hospital rooms; Santa and Miss Full Throttle on the Hook & Ladder; check presentation; and more.

Greg and Lee Sheridan, owners of the magazine will not only help to deliver toys to the hospital, but they will present the Child Life Department with a check, to help fund programs and resources for the patient’s at the Children’s Hospital.

And so that all children get a chance to see Santa this holiday season, local Fire Departments will hoist ‘St. Nick’ up via Hook & Ladder to see some of the kids that aren’t well enough to meet him.

The Toy Run will begin at 11:15am at the Smithtown Fire Department located at 100 Elm Avenue in Smithtown, and end at Stony Brook.
