Kyle Foley

Chamber Music Coach

Cellist, Kyle Foley earned B.A. (Cum Laude) and Perfomer’s Certificate (Distinguished Graduate Award) in Cello Performance from Purchase College under the tutelage of Julia Lichten. He has been involved with the Young Artist’s Program since its inception over a decade ago. He first joined as a student, later becoming an assistant and finally a faculty member. Kyle has an active studio of students in the Stony Brook area, and continues to perform with various ensembles throughout the Tri-State area. Kyle currently serves as the technology director at the Naumburg Foundation, where he works with artists such as Nicholas Mann and David Geber to promote the winners of the prestigious Naumburg Competition Series.
