Simons students tour the Laser Teaching Center

We started with general remarks about the LTC in the conference room. There were five main stations, each run by a different student, as well as optics demonstrations led by John in the conference room. Melia planned the station rotations and guided each group through the lab.

  1. Jonathan - Interferometer and Airy beam project

  2. Andrea - Single Bubble Sonoluminescence

  3. Alex - Optical Tweezers

  4. Ikaasa - Polarized light and the Spectrometer

  5. Libby - Laser Light Show
