RF Performance Programs and Evaluation Process

The Research Foundation encourages supervisors to conduct performance programs at the time of hire, and evaluations on an annual basis for all RF-supported employees. This important communication process provides the opportunity for the supervisor and employee to reflect on achievements, plan for future activities, re-evaluate job functions, and consider career or position growth. The newly revised RF Performance Program and Evaluation forms are located below, including tips on how to complete the steps of the evaluation process.

Please note that Performance Management Training will be available in mid-June. The training will provide Supervisors with an understanding of the performance management process and specific techniques for writing effective Performance Programs and Evaluations. Subsequent training on conducting performance evaluation discussions will also be available.
