Diversity and inclusion were the themes on Sunday, June 24, for the 49th Annual New York City LGBTQ* Pride March, and Stony Brook representation was in full force for the festivities. This was the third time Stony Brook participated in the Pride March as members of the SUNY contingency. The Stony Brook Film Festival has always been about great storytelling. The ranks of black women leading colleges and universities in the U.S. are small, but growing.
