Nicole Sampson’s research focuses on proteins and polymers. She studies how proteins function in human and microbial biology, and how small molecules can alter protein function to improve the human condition. She develops methods for precision synthesis of polymers. In particular, her research is aimed at finding new treatments for tuberculosis and cancer and to understand molecular reasons for infertility.
