Passionate about fitness, recreation and nutrition, and the importance they all have in student wellness, Jay Souza has spent his life and career devoted to educating, motivating and inspiring others to help achieve their goals, optimal health and success in life. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of recreation and wellness in higher education. He has also enhanced the Recreation and Wellness programs and services by focusing on a more holistic approach to wellness, incorporating health education and free testing services, a walk-in clinic and a relaxation room within the Recreation and Wellness facility.
