The Cryo-EM facility of Stony Brook is located at the Rooms of G70-71 of the Center
for Molecular Medicine. It hosts a powerful, versatile, and high throughput cryogenic
transmission electron microscope and supporting instruments to server on- and off-campus
researchers who are interested in high resolution 3D structures of proteins, macromolecular
machineries, and cellular processes in life sciences, as well as of beam sensitive
materials in chemical, physical, and material sciences.
