The Cryo-EM facility of Stony Brook is located at the Rooms of G70-71 of the Center for Molecular Medicine. It hosts a powerful, versatile, and high throughput cryogenic transmission electron microscope and supporting instruments to server on- and off-campus researchers who are interested in high resolution 3D structures of proteins, macromolecular machineries, and cellular processes in life sciences, as well as of beam sensitive materials in chemical, physical, and material sciences.
