2016 Key Dates

Tuesday, June 28, 2016 - Congressional Primary (New York)

If you have either never registered to vote before or recently moved to a new district, in order to vote in the Congressional Primary (New York):

• Register to Vote BY MAIL - Postmarked no later than June 3, 2016 and received no later than June 8, 2016
• Register to Vote IN PERSON - Received no later than June 3, 2016
• Change of Address - Received no later than June 8, 2016

If you have registered to vote in New York and want to vote via ABSENTEE BALLOT, in order to vote in the Congressional Primary (New York):

• Request Absentee Ballot BY MAIL - Postmarked application no later than June 21, 2016
• Request Absentee Ballot IN PERSON - Received application no later than June 27, 2016
• Submit Absentee Ballot BY MAIL - Postmarked no later than June 27, 2016 and received no later than July 2, 2016
• Submit Absentee Ballot IN PERSON - Received no later than June 28, 2016 (submitted by someone other than the voter)
