For all requests:
Reservations must be made two weeks in advance.
- Block-bookings are not accepted for large spaces (i.e. Tabler 110, GLS/HDV 200-206, LDS C029, and Roth 122)
For University Departments/Campus Residences/Staff:
In order to request a space, please log in to your 25Live account.
- If you are with a SBU Department and you need access to 25Live, please complete the 25live Training/Access Form . The Registrar's office will contact you with login credentials.
*All requests must be made selecting a "UGC" event type. All other event types will be denied and asked to resubmit the request.*
For Student Organizations:
In order to request a space, please contact Student Engagement .
Changes and Cancellations:
Please submit all changes or cancellations to the Reservations Office. All submissions must be made in writing.
- Please include the 25Live Reference ID number in the subject of your email.
