Mendelsohn Center 

located in the mendelsohn community

Completed in the Spring of 2008, the Mendelsohn Center serves as the main location for all Social Justice, Equity, & Ethics (SJE) seminar courses in the specially-created classroom. Students can also enjoy studying and connecting with friends in our lounge atmosphere lobby, furnished with couches, tables and chairs, and wireless internet.  In addition, the College Advisor and Faculty Director hold weekly office hours in their offices. The Center also serves as the home base for SJE programs, social gatherings, and SJE related meetings all year round.

The Center hosts residential tutoring from 8-11 PM on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Please note: The Centers are closed during the Summer.

Directions

Driving

From Nicolls Road:
From the main entrance, take a right onto Circle Road.
At the second stop sign, turn left onto Stadium Road.
Continue past the Health Center and the Stadium.
The Mendelsohn Center (Gray Hall) is directly across from the Kenneth LaValle Stadium.

From Stony Brook Road:
Turn into the campus, onto South Drive.
At the second traffic light, turn left onto Marburger Road.
Turn right at the traffic circle onto Circle Drive.
Continue past the main entrance.
At the second stop sign, turn left onto Stadium Road.
Continue past the Health Center and the Stadium.
The Mendelsohn Center (Gray Hall) is directly across from the Kenneth LaValle Stadium.

Walking

From the Student Union:
Walk out the North Doors, turn right, cross Stadium Road.
Gray Hall (Mendelsohn Center) is the first building on the right.
