Recognizes higher education institutions that achieved an overall student voting rate between 50% and 59% for the 2016 Presidential Election; also recognized for achieving the highest voting rate at on-campus polling site (86%) of any polling site nationwide for the 2016 Presidential Election.
2019-2020 Students Learn Students Vote Coalition Subgrant: To develop and implement SUNY's first Voter and Civic Engagement Summit for all 64
campuses focused on developing short and long-term action plans for democratic engagement.
2019-2020 Stony Brook University Presidential/CDO Funding Request Departmental Diversity Initiative: To develop and implement a non-credit certificate program for students and community members on fostering civic engagement.
2018 Net Impact Grant: To foster student dialogue about the national debt.
2018 #VoteTogether Grant: To host a campus-wide Election Day student celebration.
2018 Students Learn Students Vote Coalition Subgrant: To explore the development of a multi-institution democratic engagement network across Long Island.
