If I have been billed for the student health insurance plan how do I receive my insurance card?

You will receive an email from notifications@uhcsr.com that an insurance card is available for you.  To view, download or request a hard copy of your insurance card please visit https://myaccount.uhcsr.com

If I have questions about the student health insurance plan or how to waive the plan who should I contact?

How do I receive my international health insurance card?

Will the International Health Insurance cover costs related to COVID-19 if I get sick with COVID-19? 

Yes.  Costs associated with both contracting COVID-19 as well as treatment and testing are covered by the SUNY International & Domestic UHCSR policy.
