Department of Engagement & Activities disseminates
e-mail announcements each week during the academic year in an effort to keep students
informed about events and leadership opportunities on campus.
To have your events be considered to be featured on the Campus Connect Listserv please follow
1. Sign-in onto
using your Stony Brook e-mail address.
2. Click on your organization under "Memberships" from the main page.
3. Click "
Submit An Event" and fill in the details of your event (
Note: Be sure to include a flier sized
1024px by 600px or larger).
4. Once the form is submitted with a flier and approved, it will appear on the main
as the date of your event approaches.
Note: For club/organization events, events advertised must have prior approval by a program
Advisor in the Department of Student Engagement & Activities, or Campus Recreation.
