Youth Conference Housing

Youth conferences are available to both middle and high school aged students for the duration of the summer (from the beginning of June through the first week of August). Safety for our guests under the age of 18 is our priority, reflected by our trained Summer Housing Assistant staff and professional live in staff. All youth conferences have vetted and child safety trained chaperones living in the building with their respective groups.

During business hours, the Area Offices are available for assistance. Summer Housing Assistants are available from 5pm to 11pm for assistance, in the college office or by phone. Live in chaperone contact info can be obtained from the program coordinator.

Self-Pay youth guests can register for housing through the Conference Housing Registration portal. Guests will be prompted to pay for housing directly through a secure PayPal link. Guests can request roommates directly through the registration portal or email with a roommate request if housing registration was completed prior to finding a preferred roommate.

Check In and Check Out

Check in is located in the group’s assigned building from 3 to 5pm unless otherwise directed by your conference coordinators. Guests must arrive within the check in time frame, any guest who cannot must contact Conference Coordinators at minimum a week before arrival to make arrangements. Upon arrival guests should call the conference assistant on duty to access the building. Guests should refer to their check in email for conference assistant contact information.
