Adult Conference Housing 

Check In and Check Out

Check in is located in the group’s assigned building from 3 to 5pm unless otherwise directed by your conference coordinators. Guests must arrive within the check in time frame, any guest who cannot must contact Conference Coordinators at minimum a week before arrival to make arrangements. Upon arrival guests should call the conference assistant on duty to access the building. Guests should refer to their check in email for conference assistant contact information.

Rooms and Linens

Basic linens are included in the adult housing fee. Rooms are extra long twin beds in either double or single occupancy bedrooms in a suite of 3-5 bedrooms. Linens include a basic fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, pillow, pillow case, small, medium, and large towel. Additional toiletries may be available upon request include: mini shampoo, mini conditioner, mini bar soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. There are laundry machines within each building. Participants are required to provide their own detergent and cleaning supplies. For long term participants (more than seven days) bed sheet exchange is available upon request at the building/area office from the conference building staff. Participants will be expected to bring items to and pick-up from a designated building or area office. Towels and washcloths can be exchanged by any participant with the linen package upon request.


Parking is free in all blue residential lots near the residential buildings except Chapin. Parking in red faculty/staff, special services, or state vehicle designated spaces as well as fire zones or loading zones is not permitted. Parking in metered lots must be paid at the corresponding meter in the parking lot. Individuals with a handicap permit, can park in any handicap designated spot regardless of zone type.
