Running Club

running club

The purpose of the running club is to unite runners of all abilities for the common goal of bettering their individual fitness. Accommodations will be made for everyone in the Stony Brook campus community. This club will be held five days per week, but people may come when they can since schedules vary. In addition to weekday practices, we will attend meets on various weekends throughout the semester. This group will be good for people looking to meet new friends, stay in shape, have a healthier lifestyle, as well as compete in a setting that is more relaxed than a Division 1 sports team. Overall, the goal is for everyone to try their best and have fun.
