Our fitness and wellness programming goal is to educate the diverse campus community through movement and educational opportunities with a variety of inclusive programs that focus on a holistic approach to personal well-being. The Stony Brook Fitness & Wellness program provides programs and services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals including a variety of group fitness classes each week, 1-on-1 or group personal training, educational sessions, wellness workshops, assessments related to the five components of health related fitness, strength training clinics, collaborative nutritional programs and many other special fitness events.
