Stony Brook University recognizes and promotes multiple dimensions of wellness that encompass body, mind and spirit.

Maintaining student wellness is an important and necessary element to college students’ success and thus part of the mission of the Office of the Dean of Students.

To sustain this continuing goal, we offer a wide range of services and learning opportunities related to student fitness, mental and emotional well being, students’ spirituality and others that support making healthy choices.
