Crafting and creating are not only fun, but healthy and key to maintaining good self-care for many people. Creating art in any form can help us relax and de-stress - research has shown that regardless of skill level, making art reduces the level of stress hormones like cortisol in the body. Creating can help us feel connected to ourselves on a deeper level, and to others as well.
