Exercise can help improve your mood, give you energy, and even extend your life span. A s a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.  Some Seawolves might already have a regular workout routine - if so, check out some of these at home videos you can complete!

New to the fitness / exercise scene? No worries - these youtube channels include beginner videos ranging from 10-45 minutes. You've got this! 

Best of all - Recreation and Wellness has gone virtual! They are offering virtual fitness classes to all Seawolves through the ATLETO app. All  you need is your SBU email to sign up and then join the Stony Brook University Fitness Group. More directions are on the sbu.fitness instagram account or their Fitness and Wellness website!
